Wrong height size front sight? Did you make sure both are the same measure? Some front sights are avail in different heights.

Bimmerland which TFO sights did you put on? I am thinking of putting them on my new Pro carry II. Also does it matter weather the gun is 9mm or .45

Yep check the front blade height. But was this tested from a shooting rest,
or by hand hold? A new set of sights also changes your sight

My 2 Cents Worth!!

I put Trijicon Bright & Tough Night Sights on my Pro Carry II. They are dead on at 15 yards. Old eyes need all the help they can get.

Tritium is a wonderful thing!!!!! :D:D:D

My old eye problem became more difficult in December. I had surgery for cataracts in both eyes. They removed the lenses from my eyes and put in artificial ones. I can see a gnat at 100 yards now but can't see anything within 3 feet....including my sights. So I wear 1.00 reading glasses when I shoot. I can see my sights now but the target is soft. But that is better than not seeing the sights.

I always heard that getting old sucks. But now that I'm getting old, I've found out that IT REALLY SUCKS!

Come on guys, play nice, this thread is suppose to be about bimmerland's sights not your bad eyesight or your aches and pains.

I have a medical condition know as hijackomania. I can not resist being off topic. Usually happens when the original topic loses momentum. :D

Just installed a set of Tru glo Tfo's and gun shoots about 4" low at 10 yards. Windage is perfect. Any suggestions greatly appreciated. Thanks
Verify that the front site of the TFO is of proper height.

Don't get old.

Don't get cataracts.

Oops!!

Bimmerland is the originator of this thread, go back and read the first post to see what he was asking.
I knew that!! I was pulling your chain!!!:D:D Sorry about the hijacking!! We'll try to do better in the future.

Bimmerland, do contact Truglo about your sight issue. I'm sure that they can provide some assistance. Sorry about the hijacking!! Sometimes us old folks tend to just drift off...........:D:D

Kimber shows 2 different front sights a .170" and a.180". The sights on my CDP II are .170. If you had .180 them it would change the point of impact..

Time to buy a micrometer, for those who don't have one.
