This is a more traditional twist on BBQ sauce/glaze we use for most meats that would get regular BBQ sauce.
This makes 1 quart.
1/2 cup Lime juice
2tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1/8 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1/8 tsp Crushed red pepper
1/8 tsp ground red pepper
1/2 tsp Paprika
1 1tsp White sugar
3 tsp Brown sugar
1 1tsp butter
Bring to boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
Remove pot from heat.
Stir in 16oz Honey and 2 cups traditional BBQ sauce (I just use Kraft BBQ sauce).
Mix well, let rest until cool.
Store refrigerated.
