With above average Temps in Chiraq I decided to smoke some chicken legs.

I used a Nasville hot chicken rub and Hickory pellets. Served it with KFC style coleslaw to tame the fire in my mouth and sautéed broccoli.

Leftovers will be a smoked chicken salad sandwiches.

Now that the weather is getting cooler I will be going back to cold smoking cheese soon.
