Started riding in 1968. Several broken bones and road rash because of idiot car drivers I quit in 2003. Still miss it. Probably always will. After riding for 30 years, the idiots in cars convinced me to give up motorcycles.
You have some great toys Chuck. Remember he who dies with the most toys wins!I sold my motorcycle just before my first child was born, I figured they needed a dad more then I needed a motorcycle. Today I ride a long wheel base recumbent, it's like sitting in a recliner and peddling.![]()
And that is why I stopped riding in 1999.I scrapped what was left of mine in 1986.Apparently metal thieves took a man-hole cover to sell and I drove right into it with my wheel and flipped over the handlebars of the Yamadog 650...I have been tempted to get another but in the last 10 days here in StLou,there have been 7 bikes hit by cars with 5 fatalities...Maybe another day...
I'm with you. Here is my Fat Boy. These are picture right after I bought it. There is a little more chrome on it now. Custom Skull Train tins are really awesome.Well I guess that went over good,
You guys are no fun, I guess I should have asked for opinions on what you thought about motorcycles before I asked to show your bikes......
Oh well it is a gun forum anyway.
