Oh, I'm all over this thread jms. I got your back.Since this thread isn't going well, I will try to jump start it..
Dude you could fill this thread...The floor is yours...Oh, I'm all over this thread jms. I got your back.
These were my first custom grips. Red Morrel Burl made by Adam Brown.
Too rough? Those never made it to the range because these golf ball dimple grips with a thumb notch showed up and were an instant hit.Funny thing though...the aggressive surface let my hands know they were total bad ass and were taking over.
My hands told my brain to keep looking....
Yeah, the edge by the front strap was a kind of saw tooth thing. My three non-trigger fingers on my right hand started getting a little irritated. Nothing I couldn't live with...but hey, I want my hand and my gun to be having dirty thoughts about each other if you know what I mean. Those ebony grips feel goooooood.Too rough?
Tell Johnnie to check out Strike Industries. That's where I got the golf ball dimple grips. I just wish they were rubbery and not as hard. DuraGrips has some chain link style grips that look pretty good. And Raasco has some nice wood grips. My next few set of grips will be for both my wheel guns..I think the Hogue grips have run their course...
It may be time for Johnnie {Walker} to go online to shop...![]()
Probably the vodka. When you start getting grips delivered that you don't remember buying, you'll know it was the vodka. It may just be the Grey Goose talking but does the top grip look like Pac Man???
