Wow. Reads like a dream. Thanks.
I can't remember which model it was but they even had a Kimber in .38Super. I think it was Stainless and a Pro size. I didn't want to start buying yet another caliber but that's the pistol I would have bought...cause you don't see those every day. Maybe I should have looked at that one closer? They have some excellent prices on Kimber guns.
HA! Nope no Chico...just me on an adventure. Check this out: @SMKW the young kid behind the gun counter was wanting to help me: I said show me the Nighthawk's..he said WHAT with puzzled look? I knew I was in trouble. I said you know Wilson Combat, Ed Brown high end 1911's...he said OH "we don't have ANY of those!" I said: OK how about a Colt Anaconda? Guy: NOPE we got one Python 3" 357! Me: I already have that one!!Arland, you scared me, I saw SMKW and thought Chico was back.
If I was with you, you probably would have gotten it. 😀I can't remember which model it was but they even had a Kimber in .38Super. I think it was Stainless and a Pro size. Yep, you can hit Buds Gun Shop and Smokey Mountain Knife at the same time, just a couple hundred yards from each other....we will be in Townsend for about a week and now I can see I will be making a trip to the east side of Sevierville; after we stop at The Appalachian | Home (theappalachianrestaurant.com) for some fine dining...
Take a bag full of money. Prices are at or above MSRP on the popular 1911 models. On the plus side many to pick from....we will be in Townsend for about a week and now I can see I will be making a trip to the east side of Sevierville; after we stop at The Appalachian | Home (theappalachianrestaurant.com) for some fine dining...
He couldn't make a post without including a redhead or motorcycle gang, but that man could put an edge on a blade like no other. I probably have a dozen knives lying around my house from him. He had a talent for finding a sub $25.00 knife and putting a $100.00 edge on it. I have to admit that 20% of me misses him, but the other 80% is glad that I finally banned him.The Tourist... oh my. Hadn't thought of that poor tortured soul in a while. I've still got one of his stainless steel knives rusting in the bed of my truck. Maybe I'll dunk it in a cup of rust remover for a day or so and see how it comes out.
