The Tea Party and other conservative groups who were targeted by the IRS, under the direction of Lois Lerner, need to file a civil suit against her and the IRS. She can't hide behind the 5th in a civil suit!!!!!

While it does not excuse her, stating she is not testifying because she is in fear for life should have drawn an additional investigation. I think it's obvious who she might fear, but only those in public office are in a position to conduct the investigation. Anyone else would hardly be missed.
