Did it myself. Took 15 minutes tops. Very easy upgrade and well worth the money in my opinion.

I've thought of adding a Wilson Combat Slide Release Extension to this as well. I guess I have short thumbs but with the gun being so tight releasing the mag is a PITA.
Anyone install one of these? Looks like I might have to cut the grips

I installed one on my Super Carry Pro and didn't have any problem with the grip clearance. Just hang on to your old parts, so you can reinstall them if you ever have to return your gun to Kimber.I've thought of adding a Wilson Combat Slide Release Extension to this as well.
