There's a Mission Barbecue here in Jacksonville, NC that we frequent. I can get my fix on smoked pulled pork and it has a nice smoky smell when you walk in. Kinda reminds me of tendin' the smoker. Gonna have to do up a pork butt when I get back home.

I have a Green Mountain Grill, Davy Crockett. Travels with us with the travel trailer and works great at home. Its simple, pellet grill set and forget. I will never have anything else

I prefer the overall versatility and flavor of a stick burner but dont have one anymore. Now I use Kamado Joe Ceramic cooker. Its a damn good allrounder and pretty much can set and forget. The lack of constant tending as in in a stick burner is a nice trade off and the results are good to great but most importantly consistent.

I prefer my offset stick burner. I enjoy tending the fire while enjoying an adult beverage. It’s more work but enjoy the smoke flavor you get for the stick burner. I will admit sometimes I am jealous of my nephew’s pellet set it and forget it smoker.

green mountain pellet smoker and large acorn (like the big green egg) at a quarter of the cost and of course my weber kettles. love them all and trying my best to wear them out...lol.

I have 2, XL Big Green Eggs that I used to use. However, since I purchased the Masterbuilt Gravity Series grill/smoker, 11 months ago, I haven't used them once.

Was pretty impressed with the Oklahoma Joe barrel smoker. So much that I bought a second (larger) one. Kamado is now on the market….
